Our journey
Where did it begin?
The Stay Ready brand originally had a home at Kentucky State University. In 2025, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Sociology. During my final year, I decided to follow my dreams and take a risk.
I ran for the 95th Miss Kentucky State University on the platform "Stay Ready" because I believe that everyone has potential to do anything. You just need the opportunity to be presented to you. Without exposure, we are aimless.
This mindset swiftly transformed my life. Becoming a Kentucky Derby Festival Princess and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. both came within the same year. In the midst of these experiences, I realized the deep-rooted value of community that is essential in leadership roles.
Community requires space for its members to take up. Stay Ready Social empowers community members through strategic preparation to continue creating space as leaders. That realization became the foundation for everything Stay Ready Social stands for today.

Experience & Impact
My journey started with a simple belief: if the spaces I needed didn't exist, I'd create them. In college, I founded an LGBTQ+ organization, volunteered at the Frazier Museum and local soup kitchens, and learned that real leadership happens when you show up for your community consistently.
Those early experiences taught me how to build from the ground up. They led me to stages where I've now spoken to over 10,000 people at organizations like the Human Rights Campaign, the Whitney Young Lincoln Foundation, and the American Federation of Teachers. I've deepened my leadership skills through Princeton University's ARCH/PLACE program and worked as a C-suite marketer across business, technology, and law sectors.
I've also worked as a public speaker directly with young people in local Louisville high schools and multiple chapters of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. throughout Kentucky. I've seen firsthand what happens when young adults are given the tools, preparation, and confidence to lead.
I'm a firm believer in continuous growth. When I'm not working, you'll find me experimenting with new recipes, reading everything from psychology to entrepreneurship, or learning random skills just because I can. Staying curious is how you stay ready.
This isn't theoretical work for me. It's personal. Every service I offer, every event I host, and every strategy I teach comes from lived experience navigating rooms I wasn't originally invited into and creating space for others to do the same.
